Enerz designed and implemented a comprehensive energy system modernization across many Hesburger restaurants throughout Lithuania. During the projects, heating and cooling systems were renewed, ventilation equipment was modernized, and a building automation system was installed, ensuring higher energy efficiency.
Key project solutions:
- Building Management System (BMS): all Hesburger restaurants were integrated into a unified building management system, providing remote control and monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, hot water, and lighting systems.
- Ventilation system modernization: replacement of inefficient belt-driven fans with energy-efficient EC fans, installation of new air handling units, and recovery of heat from kitchen exhaust air.
- Heating and cooling system renovation: complete reconstruction of heating and air conditioning systems, adapted to the Hesburger restaurant business model to ensure the required indoor climate and efficient supply of heating and cooling.
