Enerz designed and installed an advanced Building Management System (BMS) for energy efficiency and comfort in Kauppakeskus Grani Shopping Center in Finland. The system allows central monitoring and control of heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting processes, optimizing energy consumption and contributing to the building’s sustainability goals. In addition, the solution analytics that have been implemented help to quickly identify deviations in the operation of the systems and efficiently resolve them, ensuring the smooth operation of the shopping center for both tenants and visitors. Such solutions are important in shopping centers, where high traffic volumes and multi-purpose areas require precise microclimate management to ensure a comfortable environment and efficient energy use.
